I came across this resource over the past few weeks and thought it would fit perfectly for educators that are trying to find an age/reading level appropriate book. This app allows you to scan the books bar code, in return the app will identify the books reading level and what age category is most suiting to the read. This would be extremely useful when trying to determine a shared/guided reading book.

GoNoodle.com is an amazing resource for early primary grades. This online database of videos and songs are perfect for DPA, restlessness or Brain Breaks. I recently completed my FDK elective and throughout the entirety of that course we promote the idea of play based learning. This resource is a perfect fit for this style of teaching approach.
https://www.gonoodle.com Today's lecture covered the social aspect to digital learning. It is possibly one of the most vital things to consider when learning about digital learning and the importance of this in schools. Students are all to familiar with social media and communicating over social media hubs such as Facebook or twitter. The understanding of some of the deep underlying concepts involved in these outlets is often overlooked or never touched upon. Students post without realizing the consequences of there actions both positive and negative online, import images and upload information that could result in turmoil. As future teachers, it is so important to understand this is now apart of our society online and encourage the proper teaching of these ideas, when sharing, commenting and communicating online.
